Welcome to Nthrust, operated and maintained by Microvertex ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Nthrust application, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
1. Description of Service and Technical Scope
Nthrust is a mobile network optimization utility designed to analyze and enhance domain name resolution performance on Android devices.
Speed Testing: The app first conducts a network diagnostic/speed test to measure current connection parameters, ping, and DNS response latency.
DNS Optimization: Based on diagnostic results, Nthrust configures and routes your DNS requests through optimal, secure public DNS servers to minimize lookup latency and streamline data transmission (downloading and uploading query efficiency).
Technical Disclaimer: Nthrust functions strictly on standard networking protocols (DNS query routing). The application does not increase hardware bandwidth or bypass Internet Service Provider (ISP) speed limits. Performance improvements are technical optimizations resulting from reduced DNS resolution delays and better route selection.
2. Free and Premium Subscription Plans
Free Version (Ad-Supported): Nthrust is available as a free application funded by advertisements. Free users have access to core speed testing and DNS optimization features, accompanied by third-party advertisements (such as Banner, Interstitial, and App Open ads).
Premium Plan (Ad-Free Experience): Users have the option to upgrade to a paid Premium Plan. Upgrading to the Premium Plan completely removes all advertisements, offering a seamless and uninterrupted ad-free experience.
3. User Conduct and Permitted Use
You agree to use Nthrust strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any portion of the Nthrust application.
Use the application to perform unauthorized network scanning, malicious traffic routing, or launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
Attempt to bypass payment verification or security mechanisms built into the application.
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising
Nthrust integrates third-party services, including Google AdMob, to serve advertisements on the free version of the app. By using the free version, you acknowledge and agree that:
Third-party networks may process non-personal device identifiers to serve relevant ads.
Interactions with advertisements are subject to the privacy policies and terms of the respective third-party providers.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Nthrust application—including its source code, branding, logos, graphics, and user interfaces—are the exclusive property of Microvertex. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis: Nthrust is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Network Variations: Actual internet speeds depend on various external factors beyond our control, including ISP bandwidth allocations, cellular tower coverage, hardware capabilities, and server availability.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Microvertex be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Nthrust after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
